Sandrine Wong is a corporate lawyer and strategic business leader with over 15 years of distinguished experience in the financial services sector in Mauritius.
Called to the Bar as a Barrister at Law at the Honourable Society of Middle Temple in the UK, Sandrine combines strong legal expertise with practical commercial insight.
She holds a PGDip in Corporate Governance from The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland and is a Fellow of the Mauritius Institute of Directors.
Sandrine personally oversees quality assurance and works closely with senior management to strengthen compliance frameworks, improve governance standards, coordinate board meetings and maintain statutory records.
Her experience includes Mauritius domestic entities, Global Business Licences, trusts and foundations. She has also served as a Money Laundering Reporting Officer for FSC-licensed entities and as a Data Protection Officer.
Her approach combines legal knowledge, attention to detail and a practical understanding of business realities, helping make corporate compliance clearer and more manageable for clients.
